How does this work?

It is a conversation...between you, Rose, and other UNM students.

You can actively interact with Rose or just follow along. There’s no right way to engage. We do, however, feel strongly about honesty, kindness, and compassion (as essentials for good conversation). So bring your sweetest “A” game to this experience. (What is an “A” game? Check out the Community Guidelines for specifics).

The general gist:

Rose drops a new prompt every week
from September 6 through October 18th.

It’s an invitation to correspond directly with her
just reply to Rose on the latest prompt.

Your reply joins others
as posts on that prompt’s page.

Conversation happens in post comments
where Rose, you, and your peers can share and build on your ideas.

Short on time? You can still join in!
Replies can be simple. You can simply explore. Or you can share quick thoughts in posts - just add your comment. Easy. Fun.

Want to talk with Rose IRL?
Rose has weekly office hours available for UNM students. To unlock office hours, reply to a prompt and you’ll be entered into a raffle to receive one of 10 slots to join in a group conversation with Rose each week. If you are selected you will be notified by email.

Community Guidelines

We built this platform to be a catalyst for community conversations. When you sign on, you should feel confident that you are in a safe place with people who share your interest in creating respectful and inspired dialogue. Towards that end, the following guidelines are mandatory for anyone and everyone who participates…

  • Treat others on this virtual platform as you would treat them in real life.
  • Be tolerant and respectful when someone expresses an opinion different from your own.
  • Keep prejudiced comments, defamatory remarks, personal attacks, and false statements out of your comments and off the platform.
  • Bullying and inflammatory remarks have no place here. Please keep it positive, people!

If you see someone who strays from the guidelines and disrupts the community, it is important that you let us know. We will take appropriate action and make every effort to restore your trust.
